Eleanor graduated from law school in 2007 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2008 following an internship at the Israel Attorney General in Jerusalem. Between 2008 and 2013, Eleanor practiced as a civil litigation attorney, focusing on commercial disputes, and representing tens of clients on complex matters. At 2015 Eleanor was admitted to the Oregon State Bar, and began practicing as business lawyer, both as an associate attorney and later on as the lead in-house counsel. Along the way, Eleanor helped dozens of small business owners to create and maintain a solid foundation for their business and mitigate and manage crucial risks. Eleanor is also an entrepreneur herself, as co-founder of real estate investments company as well as the founder of Dolev Law and a stealth-mode company; she understands the challenges and the hardships of small business entrepreneurs because she is one. Since 2023, Eleanor also helped numerous families gain control of their legacy, by crafting a tailored estate plan for each and every one that is based on each’s vision. 

Most importantly, Eleanor is the proud wife of Eyal and the proud mom Ido, Rony and Jonathan.
